1 Customs tariff

From the viewpoint of product nomenclature used for customs clearance, Encyclopédie Douanière groups together the wordings and associated definitions, the duty rates and taxes applicable according to origins as well as various regulations, quotas, prohibitions and so on.

Up-to-date versions of regulatory texts, such as BOD (Official French Customs Bulletin), JORF (Official French Journal) and JOUE (Official EU Journal), which are applicable in certain situations, can be consulted directly.

At your disposition: Tariff notes, HS Explanatory Notes, official publications, a large range of various codifications, not forgetting dock dues.
